The Tigum bridge in Cabatuan, Iloilo, which was destroyed during the onslaught of Typhoon Frank is now open to traffic. The bridge connects Iloilo City to the towns of Cabatuan, Maasin, Janiuay, Lambunao, and Calinog. (Contributed photo) GOVERNOR Niel Tupas Sr. has directed the Iloilo Provincial Police Office (Ippo) to investigate the alleged assassination plot by the Revolutionary Proletarian Army-Alex Buncayao Brigade (RPA-ABB) in Tigbauan and Oton towns.
