SBC Tatlohan bowlfest

THE SBC Tatlohan Bowling Challenge 2008 is set to roll off on May 19, 21, and 26 at the Fairlanes Bowling Center along F. Torres St.

The tournament is organized by the Sunday Bowlers Club (SBC) officers as a venue for members and non-members alike to play in the spirit of camaraderie, Federation of Duckpin Bowlers of the Philippines (Fedbop) regional director and former SBC president Emie Orteza said Tuesday.

"It is an open tournament that will be played in a six-game elimination series with handicap," Orteza said.

He said the top three teams will receive cash prizes. The champion will pocket P3,000, while the runner-up will get P2,000 and the third-placer will claim P1,000.

Polyprod, Ayang's Catering, Hannah's, and Fairlanes are among the teams expected to join. (MLSA)
