BARANGAYS Baliok, Sasa, and Crossing Bayabas will vie for the Vice Mayor Inday Sara Duterte Women's Volleyball Cup Congressional Championships at the Rizal Park Wednesday.
Tournament director Daks Yambao said the teams will play round robin with the team with the most number of wins to be declared champion.
"In case of tie and double or triple tie, the score quotient shall apply. There will be no longer any play-offs," Yambao said.
Baliok spanked Barangay 5-A, 25-18, 25-16, to grab its third straight win enroute to bagging the First Political District Finals title at the Rizal Park over the weekend.
Baliok earlier defeated Barangay 2A, 25-14, 25-19, and Barangay 19-B in a come-from-behind fashion.
Barangay 19-B placed second while 5-A was third in the tournament sanctioned by the Philippine Volleyball Federation-Davao. (MLSA)
