Each daily dispatch contains at least 30 editorial items to include Philippine national, regional and community news, business news, sports news, lifestyle articles, features, opinion columns, editorial, editorial cartoon and photos.

Contents will be coming from 12 major cities in the country, namely, Manila, Baguio, Pangasinan and Pampanga in Luzon; Cebu, Dumaguete, Bacolod and Iloilo in the Visayas; and Davao, General Santos, Cagayan de Oro and Zamboanga in Mindanao.

The materials will be delivered to subscribers via electronic mail daily, every 8 a.m. RP time.

Contract period will run for at least one year at only
