MANILA -- A low pressure area (LPA) is being continuously monitored by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) Monday.
As of 11 a.m., the LPA was estimated 360 kilometers East of Central Luzon, according to the weather bureau's public weather forecast.
The weather is expected to bring scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms in Northern and Central Luzon.
