The Barracudas meanwhile suffered two consecutive losses in its recent games with KL Dragons of Malaysia and the Singapore Slingers.

The Brunei team has a 1 win-3 loss record.

According to new recruit Nonoy Baclao of Ateneo, the Patriots has already prepared for their game on Saturday.

As to adjustments made to defeat their opponent, Baclao said: "We have to run and pressure their point guard."

The 6-foot-5 player is also confident they can score their third win in the league.

"We have a great chance of winning because we are playing in our home country," shared Baclao.

The ABL tournament is participated by six Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Brunei. (Kathrina Alvarez/Sunnex)
