Police Chief Inspector Rico Santotome Jr, public information officer of Noppo, said that in the last five days, more than 700 toy guns were also confiscated in cities of Bago, Cadiz and Silay.

The confiscated gun replicas were valued at P75, 000, Santotome said.

The seizure was conducted at the public plaza of Silay City by police operatives led by Police Officer 3 Junji Liba.

Negros Occidental Police provincial director Police Senior Superintendent Manuel Felix said it is their mandate to impose the law against illegalities.
